Our recent client found a study that says if a pregnant woman eats 6 dates a day, it can decrease labor times. Problem is, she's not too fond of them. So that is where Stay Sweet, Nicola's comes in! I developed several desserts gluten free, paleo, vegan and all natural with a date base.
   I wanted to make things that she could eat thru-out the day without feeling weighed down or full of sugar. That is why I chose Paleo, Vegan and Gluten Free with these treats. These treats were made to mask the flavor of the dates and make amazing healthy dessert and snack alternatives.
   It was a fun and successful challenge, which is what we love to do at Stay Sweet.

This baby is being celebrated in the sweetest way possible. "The Adventures of Eli" was a beautiful way for this family to welcome their expected edition to their family. 
The Buttercream Vanilla Hot-Air Balloon cake was too precious to cut into. The Cloud shaped, ganache filled Macarons were a big hit. 
The Vanilla Bean Cupcakes were lined with map paper and die-cuts by Handmade Cards Omaha were simply sweet. Angelea Moore's Hot-Air Balloons were made impeccably to set off her beautiful design. She captured the moment beautifully with her layout and decor. She is truly talented.

Making healthy muffins for Muglife Coffee on 24th & Harney

  Muglife Cooffee will be carrying these healthy muffins daily to a compliment their beautiful coffees. They are a great snack or quick meal on the go. These muffins are packed with oats, nuts, flax seed & more as a dense moist delicious experience.

  Keep a look out for more treats at this amazing coffee shop! I'm thinking granola bars, banana bread or maybe some macarons. We will see!

  We are launching our handmade chocolates just in time for Easter! We are making a full line of traditional, luxurious pieces to fun cartoon characters. .

  Chocolates are available $18 a flavor a dozen or $20 Baking Lab Variety. Flavor profiles are dark, milk & white chocolates with hazelnut, cashew, wasabi almond, ginger, raspberry, blueberry, peanut butter & caramel. 

   We made these custom snowman cupcakes for some really excited children! The cupcakes are a red and white peppermint swirl inside. The snowmen were extremely fun to make! If you ever need a custom cupcake, give me a call to bounce around some ideas!

We've had a busy day delivering all of these amazing goodies! The treat boxes will make such a lovely gift to our customers clients!

Then there was the platter of savory meats and cheeses for another clients open house today! The butterfly crackers are the cutest.

There are several goodies that people can pop in their mouths while mingling on our last dessert platter! Macaroons, dipped Oreos, Brownie Bites, Sugar Cookies and Baclava are just some of what's on this gorgeous and delishis dessert platter!

  We have been making and baking candies and cookies for the holidays! Some customers have asked for sweet & cookie platters to put out for their dinners and parties during the season. Some people have requested seperate bagged treats and small boxes of goodies to give at schools, work and as small gifts of appreciation.
