We are having fun making Thanksgiving Sugar cookies for some customers this week. We decided to create little holiday treat boxes for people to buy a give as gifts! Now to make cashew brittle!
We had a lot of fun preparing, baking and designing the desserts for this special event! It took a week of preplanning to get things the way we wanted before previewing it to the bride. She brought her new family all the way from England to share in the planning.
For the main cake, they chose the Grooms favorite dessert, brownies as a cake in ganache and fondant. We surprised him with cheesecake brownies in addition. The Bride chose her favorite, Macarons, with salted caramel and dark chocolate!

This is a wine that pairs well with a lot of our dishes, Marzemimo is a brilliant ruby red wine with a delicate fruity bouquet. It is a dry and pleasingly well balanced.
For Tonight's Dinner Special we are having a
Filet of Chicken stuffed with Prosciutto and mozzarella in a lemon cream sauce, risotto with artichoke hearts and asparagus. Side of Roasted potatoes.
We are always proud to serve you in a clean establishment. They came in last week and gave us our report.
Tonight's cupcake is a dark chocolate cake filled with pomegranates and mini chocolate chips. The light cream cheese topping is sprinkled with pomegranates as well. The little seed pop when you bite into the moist cake. We may be seeing some Macarons tonight as well! The caramel just finished.
